State Dept. proposes “Biographical Questionnaire” for passport applicants
Friday, March 18th, 2011The U.S. Department of State is proposing a new Biographical Questionnaire for passport applicants. The proposed new Form DS-5513 asks for all addresses since birth; lifetime employment history including employers’ and supervisors names, addresses, and telephone numbers; personal details of all siblings; mother’s address one year prior to your birth; any “religious ceremony” around the time of birth; and a variety of other information. According to the proposed form, “failure to provide the information requested may result in … the denial of your U.S. passport application.”
The State Department estimated that the average respondent would be able to compile all this information in just 45 minutes, which is obviously absurd given the amount of research that is likely to be required to even attempt to complete the form.

Now is the time of the breaking of nations:

The National Coalition of Organized Women is the only organization that tracked the Adverse Events for Pregnant Women (miscarriages and stillbirths) due to the H1N1 vaccine last flu season. Corrected Statistics estimate that between 900-4000 pregnant women had miscarriages last years. VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System), a government run data base reported 220 miscarriages and stillbirths for 2009/10 as compared to "7" in 2008/2009 and "5" in 2007/08.
However, the CDC has falsified its reports pronouncing that there have been NO ADVERSE Events in the pregnant population therefore recommending the vaccine once again to pregnant women for this coming flu season. (see press release)(See: http://www.

Hospital Worker S wishes to remain anonymous. She has a Bachelor of Science and is board certified specialist in my area of expertise, dietetics. She has been employed in healthcare 13 years.
"S" works in a large healthcare system in SE Michigan that has 9,000 employees.
As of December 06, 2010 all employees with any patient contact that refuse the flu vaccine will be required to wear a face mask for 4 months (until the flu season is over). This includes every department, i.e., house keeping, food & nutrition, etc., To date, only ~70% of employees have accepted the vaccine.
Less than 30% of physicians have documented proof of vaccination.
"S" is most interested in maintaining the right to decline vaccination due to medical, philosophical and religious reasons. I'm worried that organizations like SHEA and IDSA (with financial ties to the vaccine manufacturers) are effectively persuading the CDC to mandate vaccines for healthcare workers and remove our option to decline for any reason.
Notes on SHEA: The Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA) is the organization pushing for mandatory flu vaccines in healthcare workers. SHEA represents ~1,800 physicians and other healthcare professionals. If you look closely at the end of the SHEA Position Paper you'll see that there were 9 authors- 5 have a financial conflict of interest.

Talbot, MD, MPH (T.R.T) reports that he is a consultant for Joint Commission Resources, has received honoraria from GlaxoSmithKline through support of the Joint Commission Resources Flu Challenge Program, and has received research support from Sanofi Pasteur for donated Tdap vaccine for a CDC-funded study (his spouse has received research support from Wyeth, Vaxxinate, and Sanofi Pasteur).
David J. Weber, MD, MPH (D.J.W) reports that he is a consultant for GlaxoSmithKline and has received honoraria from Wyeth, Pfizer, Merck, and OrthoMcNeil.

Try this.. first go click on the windows icon at the bottom left then on computer. or you can click the 'my computer' icon on your desktop if its there. once there click on the tab 'tools', then the drop down tab 'folder options' , now click on on the tab 'view'. scroll down till you see 'hide extensions for known file types' and make sure it is unchecked. now go to your desktop and right click, choose 'new' and create and 'txt document'. right click on the txt document and choose 'rename'. now rename the file to 'test.wvx'. after you rename the file, right click it again and choose 'open with' make sure the ''check box' below that says 'Always use the selected program to open this kind of file' is checked. now look for 'windows media player' select it and click ok. You should be able to open up the videos and play them in IE now.
If you cant play the audio files, then do the same thing but create a file on your desktop with the name test.m3u

Where did the Tea Party Movement begin?
Right here in Boston, both in 1773 and again in 2007 where disenfranchised Americans, tired of oppressive government rallied at Faneuil Hall and nation-wide to raise a record breaking $6 million one-day fundraiser "money bomb" for candidate for US President, Congressman Dr. Ron Paul.
By the year 2010, America has seen the rise of the "tea party movement" and almost every candidate is using "money bombs" to raise money. Boston Tea Party 2007 Keynote speaker Rand Paul has gone on to become US senator of Kentucky and Veteran Jim Forsythe has won his bid for NH state Senate.
